Matthew 7:6 “Give not that which is Holy unto the dogs, neither cast ye your pearls before swine, lest they trample them under their feet, and turn again and rend you.”
Life is a gift from God, eternal life is a gift from Jesus paid for by His death on the cross. I must remind myself daily not to be discouraged or depressed, that my time here on earth is wasted if not used for His glory.
What good does it do me to spend time trying to please the world when all it will get me is heartache and pain? If I must suffer let me suffer for Christ.
